**About the role**

We are seeking an analytical Quality Control Technician who will assist in ensuring that quality of products by inspecting, testing and evaluating the products before they are released for distribution.

**What you'll do**
- Perform detailed inspections of product samples to evaluate quality and identify any deviations from specifications.
- Follow company or customer-provided sampling inspection plans to maintain consistency and accuracy in quality assessments.
- Work alongside internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and support to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Keep detailed records of inspection results, documenting issues and reporting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate causes of complaints and devise countermeasures in collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Prepare for customer process audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and quality standards are met.
- Implement improvements based on audit findings, collaborating with team members as needed.
- Actively participate in design reviews to ensure quality requirements are integrated.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills to interact with on-site teams and management.
- Language: Fluency in both Thai and English is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to Chonburi and various manufacturing sites across Thailand.
