**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for inbound goods to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and materials.
- Perform inspections and tests on incoming goods to verify their compliance with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and document quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and other internal teams to address and resolve quality concerns related to inbound goods.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of quality issues and work towards implementing preventive measures.
- Monitor and track quality metrics for inbound goods, analyze data, and provide reports and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to inbound goods quality control.
- Train and educate warehouse personnel on quality control processes and best practices specific to inbound goods.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices for inbound goods.
- Be the connector between commercial team to warehouse personnel
- Open minded and willing to go far beyond job scope for business’s goal

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in warehousing, quality management, or a related field.
- 3+ years Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably with a focus on inbound goods inspection and testing.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools specific to inbound goods.
- Experience in conducting inspections and tests using relevant equipment and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in identifying and documenting quality issues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to inbound goods.
- Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Able to communicate in Chinese fluently
