This role will take part as a main PIC for end-to-end process, including cross-functional activities involving both internal and external stakeholders. - Role responsibility:
- Managing fast-growing e-commerce sales of brands through online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) and brand own e-commerce- Create and present strategic plan to drive client’s e-commerce business growth- Creating an e-commerce strategy, in relation to merchandising, promotion planning and marketing activities to create synergy impact- Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on all online channel- Advising clients on their Ecommerce strategy, in relation to merchandising, promotion planning and marketing activities- Coordinating with internal (tech, warehouse, marketing) and external parties
**Experience**:
- 3-4+ year working experience in e-commerce or International Brands on commercial/account management roles- Ability to work independently with high level of responsibilities, including direct relation with clients' persons-in-charge- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools- Fluent Thai and English
