Job Description Summary

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client’s business and keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly and responsible for supervising and managing the work of an account executive.

Key accountabilities:

- Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs.
- Supports Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration.
- Connects with Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager level inside the client to support the delivery of communication and service.
- Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget.
- Uses and evaluates Cascading Style Sheets and other research tools to provide insights and supports on ideation as needed.
- Research new market trends to incorporate into planning.
- Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate.
- Managing the work of account executives and leading project management activities.
- Dealing with all aspects of a campaign.
- Presenting campaign proposal to clients for approval or modification / Attending client’s meeting.
- Maintain & expanding relationships with senior-level clients.
- Leading and training an account executive.

Qualifications:
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.

Experiences
- 3-5 years of experience in the role of Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive in Advertising or Marketing field with proven success in project management.
- Familiarity with budgeting and reporting.
- Organizational talent/planning, strategic thinking with value-driven orientation.
- Strong communication/analytical/leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgably with high level executives internally and with clients.
- Digital mindset and automotive background preferred.
- Excellent command of English-verbal and written.
- Online experience and knowledge are benefiting.
