**Job Description**:
The position’s purpose comprises the key objectives for the position, and functions that this position is responsible for on a day-to-day basis.
The Total Rewards Manager (under People & Culture department) will manage Minor Hotels existing compensation and benefits programmes for our team members including communication, enrollment, and reporting. In addition, the person will work closely with Head of Total Rewards from the strategic planning processes to implement and manage total rewards practices, and initiatives, and collaborate with other departments and with the Center of Excellence (COE) teams to create positive impacts on our Total Rewards team, People & Culture department, and the company.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing total rewards practices as market research and data analysis to benchmark, revise, and develop compensation and benefits programmes. This entails consolidating and organising data from multiple sources to produce meaningful recommendations, analyses, and reports related to Total Rewards and People & Culture practices. This role is ideal for an analytical and organised individual who is excel in Total Rewards and Analytics practices with an opportunity to create positive changes globally.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are to:_**
- Assist the Head of Total Rewards with strategic planning processes
- Assist in the execution of the Total Rewards strategic plans, initiatives, and practices to relevant stakeholders such as corporate offices, regional, and properties leaders
- Manage and review the effectiveness of existing global Total Rewards policies, guidelines and processes
- Consolidate and analyse internal & external data and practices to construct an internal & market intelligence database
- Manage the development of Total Rewards policies based on market research and new trends
- Manage and lead the annual compensation cycle including annual salary review and bonus payments
- Manage the enrollment of Minor Hotels compensations and benefits programmes
- Develop new initiatives and process improvement on Total Rewards and related People & Culture fields, Automation & Process improvement, and People Analytics practices
- Manage the regional annual salary survey to ensure timely and accurate data submission
- Manage third-party relationships; identifies primary benefit providers, negotiate and monitor quality and cost of services. As well as network extensively to develop external market insights and to strengthen our existing compensation programmes
- Provide consulting support to corporate offices and properties on all aspects related to Total Rewards fields.
- Extensively and proactively engage with People & Culture leaders to ensure an appropriate awareness and understanding of the broader Reward agenda
- Create supporting tools and communication & training materials to enhance Total Rewards programmes’ understanding by relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments and with the Center of Excellence (COE) teams on tasks/projects as assigned.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Key qualifications and experience required._**
- A minimum of 3 years background in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Data related fields are required
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, Finance, or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven research, project management, and data analytics skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Competent in other data visualization and/or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, R Studio) would be an advantage
- Experienced in Robotic Automation Process tools (e.g., Power Automate) would be an advantage
- Exhibit ability to research, develop and produce meaningful analyses from multiple streams of data
- Must be proficient at successfully managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing timely internal customer services.
