**Job Detail**:

- Domestic Customer Service Staff (Japanese Speaking) (28K-32K) (SDG-92007)
- พนักงานบริการลูกค้าในประเทศ (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)-
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate customer and factory by controlling delivery schedule and communicating

relevant information.- Issue delivery and billing document. (Such as invoice, Barcode, Statement, etc.)
- Support management with customer and market update situation and data analysis.
- Filing all document under work standard for Audit checking.
- Support other customer's requirements. (Such as visiting/audit factory site (Genba))
- Thai nationality, Female, age 25 - 38 years old- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of working experience in a Sales Coordinator, CS or related field.
- Pleasant personality, good human relations, coordination, and service mind.
- Good in computer literacy i.e., Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Moderate languages skill in English (Good command)
- Japanese (N5 or above)- Working experiences in Japanese Culture

- Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong
- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri ( Sat depend on company's calendar /2 sat per Month))

- สนับสนุนการจัดการกับลูกค้าและตลาดการปรับปรุงสถานการณ์และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- ยื่นเอกสารทั้งหมดตามมาตรฐานการทำงานเพื่อตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบ
- รองรับความต้องการของลูกค้ารายอื่น (เช่น เดินทางเข้าเยี่ยม/ตรวจสอบโรงงาน (Genba))
- สัญชาติไทย, หญิง, อายุ 25 - 38 ปี- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจ การตลาด การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-5 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales Coordinator, CS หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บุคลิกดี, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, ประสานงานดี, มีใจรักงานบริการ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี เช่น Microsoft Office, Outlook เป็นต้น
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับปานกลาง (ระดับดี)
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่น (N5 ขึ้นไป)- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่น
