We are looking for an HR Business Partner who has specialization in recruitment and L&D to join our team and provide seamless end-to-end employee experience. HR Business Partner responsibilities include recruitment activities, onboarding, Talent Program execution and Learning & Development activities

To be successful in this role, you should be able to partner with key stakeholders, develop recruiting strategies and enhance employee experience.

Your day at EssilorLuxottica

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Lead and define training and development strategies at plant level

Deploy regional Talent Program management and execute at plant level

Deploy and implement a training and development framework and approach at plant level

Conduct new employee orientation and enhance onboarding experience

Conduct performance management

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related.

At least 5 years’ experience in Talent acquisition and HR Business Partner in manufacturing environment

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, online job boards)

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with employees at all levels

Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skill

Nice to have

Demonstrate experience in project management

Ability to present to an executive at a business level

Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
