- Stay updated on relevant laws, requlations, and industry standards applicable to the company's operations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure adherence to legal reguirements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide quidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and enforceability.
- Provide legal quidance and support to various departments, including but not limited to HR, finance, sales, and operations
- Respond to legal inguiries, review legal documents, and offer strategic advice to management.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations when necessary.
