Be responsible for the legal aspects of day-to-day operation of the and overall legal compliance of the Company
- Act as the first legal in-house counsel touchpoint, liaise and create associate of trust and respect with key internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution phase of contracts and provisions of legal instruments and corporate documents to be performed Legal Admin;
- Maintain and update the record of the company’s oversea entities, as well as lending support to internal stakeholders with respect to the same;
- Assist Senior Legal Counsel on all legal matters related to company business i.e. giving legal advice to internal and commercial team and ad-hoc project;
- Draft and review various agreements and legal documents, support day-to-day direction strategy and legal advice to the business on dispute resolution issues impacting company’s operations;
- Monitor and update law and regulation relevant to the business;
- Conduct legal research and assist other counsels as delegated; and
- Perform any other legal or administrative tasks as assigned or directed

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Law or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in working as a Legal Counsel or related.
- Experience and exposure to the aviation industry and listed company are of an advantage.
- Strong legal knowledge and technical fluency.
- Fields in dynamic working places and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure and dynamic environment.
- Flexible and speedster and fast thinker - able to solve problems on the go and adapt quickly;
- Excellent in English Communication both written and verbal.
- A team player, willing to multitask where additional help is required and communicate well with the team members.
