The main purpose of the Industrial and Employee Relations Specialist is to manage the relationship between an organisation and its employees, as well as between the organisation and other stakeholders such as unions, government agencies, and industry associations. In this role you are aware of the country industrial and employee relations landscape and local regulations. You are capable of translating this to company handbook or policy in the specific country/region.

What we ask
- Specialist in the area of labour or employee relations;
- Academic / Master (WO) or Higher Vocational / Applied sciences/ Bachelor (HBO);10 years of experience;
- Fluent in English;
