Taking care company regulation to follow by company goal and providing legal advice to the company and management of the company regarding laws, regulations and other relevant authorities to ensure that the Company properly complies with legal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all legal matters of the company, including providing legal advice on business operations, contract management, and legal risk prevention.
- Draft, review, and provide legal advice on contracts in both Thai and English, such as construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, joint venture agreements, and consultancy agreements.
- Provide strategic legal counsel in dispute resolution, litigation, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent the company in assigned legal cases and court proceedings.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Project Engineering, and Project Management to ensure contractual accuracy and protect the company’s interests.
- Monitor relevant laws, ministerial regulations, and construction-related legal requirements to ensure full legal compliance.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and law firms on company legal matters and litigation.
- Oversee company registration, updates to government systems, and corporate governance compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law with a valid lawyer’s license (Licensed litigation attorneys will be given special consideration).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 3-5 years in the construction or large-scale project industry.
- Strong skills in legal analysis, contract management, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a legal team effectively.
