Job Summary

**Job Description**:
3.Understand, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, finding the root cause and effectively communicate to users

4.Provide timely response, follow-up and resolution to ensure all support activities are tracked and closed within committed SLA

5.Troubleshoot system, network problems, diagnosing and solving software faults

7.Work collaboratively with user and development team

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field

2. At least 2 years of experience in IT development or System/Application support

Skill/Knowledge

1.Knowledge in AZURE CLOUD, PL/SQL, Shell script, Angular, JAVA,.NET C#, Unix, Windows, Database and DevSecOps Tool Chain

2. Good problem solving, analytical, communication and negotiation skills

3. Good attitude, curious mindset and willingness to learn

4. Can work under service mind and work well under pressure
