Encourage farmers to cultivate and produce safe quality products that consumers can trace back to the planting source. and help sell and distribute products to buyers such as hospital groups school groups restaurant network groups and buyers who want safe agricultural products.

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to align weekly/monthly trade situations and promotion/business strategy plans.
- Discussing and agreeing with the related team and signing off on allocation and replenishment plan.
- Issuing PO and ensuring new purchasing stock meets customer expectations and timeline.
- Working closely with the warehouse team to align intake and Inbound slot-time planning.
- Tracking PO status and reviewing supplier service level. Develop SSL with commercial team and suppliers.
- Monitoring, and analyzing waste, non-movement, non-active, and stock aging. Provide short and long-term solutions with the related teams.
- Maintaining stock availability to achieve customer expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Ordering and Demand Planning management.
- In-depth knowledge of Forecasting and Ordering Systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
