**Job Description: Partnership & Marketing Officer - (Full-time)**

**Key responsibilities**

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure the operation run smoothly and your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- ** Partnership**
- Work with cross functional teams in the company i.e. business, area operation, customer service, driver to ensure smooth execution with MuvMi business partners i.e. property management, local business, corporate, public and private sectors- Coordinate and be able to visit business partners in all operating areas to understand their inquiries and business objectives- Manage relationships with partners on day-to-day basis, and ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial for both parties- Be able to measure business result through metrics i.e. revenue growth, partner satisfaction etc. and recommend the next step and growth opportunities with partners- Prepare monthly revenue / profitability report to team lead & management
- **Marketing**
- Work with Marketing Manager to share marketing ideas or campaign that help ramping up user's growth / maintaining good relationship with customers Design;
- **Others**: Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early stage company

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in sales & marketing or partnership management.
- Strong project management with communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understand client's pain points and be able to come up with the solution that answer their needs
- Ability to work in fast-paced start up and coordinate with cross functional teams & visit partners outside of office
- Strong presentation skill / self-motivated person and can work under pressured
- Knowledge and experience in marketing campaign and online ads strategy & execution i.e. Facebook ads, Google ads would be advantaged
- Good command in English both spoken and written

Currently, our flagship products are MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 10 million trips with 600+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
