Scope of Job:

- E-commerce Planning Senior Officer is in charge of planning.
- Take the lead in performing research, strategizing, analyzing, and implementing user feedback.
- Supporting teams that are responsible for developing the user interface which aims to drive the achievement of corporate growth targets via the success of e-commerce planning.

Responsibility;
1) Responsible for overall e-commerce strategy, planning, implementation, and post-reviews for all projects
2) Create end-to-end customer experience by expanding the vision of how people interact with MISUMI
3) Participate in the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, professional expertise, metrics, and usability findings in a team environment
4) Conduct competitive research, discovery, and usability research and facilitate research sessions to identify business, user, and technical requirement
5) Weekly-Monthly performance analysis and monitor customer feedback with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management
6) Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth

Salary

30,000 - 40,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
- Age between 25 - 32 years old with Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing/Computer or a related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related field.
- Good command of English communication. (Intermediate level of English)
- Experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer, or interaction designer is a plus.
