QA Analyst is responsible for designing test cases, and performing manual tests. Also collaborating with the product team, developers, and QA Engineer and driving the quality mindset at the team and company levels.
- It also involves business-minded considerations where customer empathy and product understanding are essential skills.
- Your daily tools will be Slack to communicate, Linear to manage issues, Chrome browser with developer tools, and Hubspot to review support tickets.

This role is open for our Bangkok office in True Digital Park.

**What your day could look like**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive quality in the early state to deliver quality products.
- Analyze and understand feature requirements.
- Provide suggestions and point out possible cases that might happen during requirements meeting.
- Design and create test cases to address business and technical use cases.
- Perform manual testing for a new feature in a cross-functional team and smoke testing for the release.
- Create QA documentation and suggestions for improving the QA process and quality.
- Instil and enforce a culture of quality across our developer, designer teams and product teams.

**What we're looking for**:

- Anyone who has a passion for testing from any faculties with technical background is welcome.
- Experience in software development or software testing role.
- Experience and deep understanding of ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) such as NetSuite.
- Understanding how the E-commerce flow integrates with the ERP system.
- Effective communicator, written and oral, as this role will be working closely with people from all over the organization.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- You have a love for products, and care fundamentally about quality.
- An independent, fast-learning, self-starter who takes ownership of solving hard problems.
- Energetic, positive, passionate, and driven.
- Willing to adjust to the situation
- Passionate for testing and finding mistakes in software and working process
- Open to speaking up and not feared to share your opinion
