**รายละเอียดงาน**
Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about hotel amenities and services, and handling guest complaints or concerns.
- Greet each guest in a friendly and polite manner
- Check hotel activity (arrivals, departures, special requests) and communicate information to the appropriate departments
- Communicate with all hotel departments efficiently, and maintain the function board in the hotel lobby
- Maintain a room inventory
- Perform check-ins and check-outs as required and verify all information for accuracy
- Review and file Housekeeping sheets and Maintenance work order forms
- Monitor surveillance equipment regularly, and ensure it is in good working order
- Review previous shift activity with the departing shift Guest Services Agent

- Manage all databases and reports regularly and accurately
