- Initiate and develop strategic business plans for partner acquisition and marketing to expand user base or increase revenue.
- Identify business opportunities, develop partnership model that benefits the business and partners
- Pitch business model to potential partners to close strategic deals.
- Execute partnership plan and keep all stakeholders on the same page and on track.
- Forge strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful co-campaign/co-project with measurable results
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of projects for partners and identify rooms for improvement.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
- 5 years+ in partnership or business development
- Experience as Business Development / E-Commerce
- Data-driven, Analytical, Presentation, Communication, Stakeholder management
- Good at speaking, written and communication skills in English.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
