PRTR is working with a manufacturer of the Automotive Decorative and Functional Films. They are expanding the business in Thailand. We are looking for Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Building the relationships within the Automotive Dealerships, Manufacturers & Service Providers to influence buying decisions and create a pull-through business.
- Creating and executing a pull-through strategy for automotive products, solutions & innovation by building strong relationships with key service providers, influencers, automotive dealerships, and OEM brands.
- Identifying, assessing, developing, and managing new programs and business opportunities, leading to successful commercialization efforts.
- Working with prospective partners to identify unmet needs and implement initiatives to meet those needs.
- Being responsible for opportunity analysis and the development and execution of business development and new venture development plans. Identify and evaluate entirely business prospects for consideration that fit within the vision and capabilities of the business.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the market value chain and strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Establishing the pricing strategies to secure optimum product positioning & share growth within the segment.
- Providing the insights and careful monitoring and communication through monthly reporting of sales, profitability, and service providers' performance.
- Monitor and report on industry trends. Incorporate industry knowledge to partner with marketing to develop products, support materials and pricing recommendations.
- Assisting in the development of divisional strategic and operating plans (i.e., AOP’s, strategic plans, etc.).
- Providing exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with business partners.
- Representing the company Automotive Aftermarket & OEM Segment at market events and/or networking events.
- Being able to go overseas for Business Trip as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Management, or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years as Sales or Business Development experience for automotive aftermarket or OEM manufacturing company with the automotive dealership value chain.
- Good command of computer skills e.g., Google and Salesforce.
- Expertise in Key account management with customer focus in assessing and understanding customer needs.
- Good communication skill, good negotiation and selling skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and independent.
- Strong financial skills and business view.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
