- **Set goals and objectives to develop and improve business growth**:

- **Research to find new business opportunities or new ways for sales growth**:

- **Develop growth strategies and plans**:

- **Plan, Develop, implement and oversee business development, sales and marketing strategy**:

- **Meet with customers/clients face to face, over the phone and/or video call**:

- **Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients**:

- **Understand customers’ needs and be able to respond effectively**:

- **Develop, Draft, Present, Review and discuss proposals with customers**:

- **Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition**:

- **Develop goals for team members to support business growth**:

- **Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics**:

- **Attend/present at seminars, conferences and industry events where appropriate**:
