- As a Head of Business Development & Alliance, you lead & support IMI Thailand strategic BD&L growth, maintain and manage establish product portfolio as well as strong alliance management with Novartis partners.**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Be key point of contact for partner; Collaborate with x-functional team (i.e. SCM, finance, RA) on inventory planning and Sales forecast
- Lead gap analysis on portfolio and resource/capability to identify potential business development opportunities; Identify and assess appropriate partners and lead the negotiation process for deal making; Lead & support BD&L activities and approval process for Cluster / APMA review
- Complete deal endorsement and signing process, including 3rd party risk assessment; Set up for deal performance review on ongoing basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner companies to achieve mutual benefits & win-win strategies; Develop partnering-in/-out strategy focusing on top priority gaps in commercial capabilities and portfolios
- Manage mature/Established product portfolios to maximize profitability
- Be knowledgeable of company partners’ market, opportunities and business challenges to provide timely feedback or support on attainable strategic plans to market needs.
- Define performance expectations; provide leadership and motivation of the partner companies/teams. Coach, motivate and develop the partner companies/teams to continue improve performance.
- Keep communication and follow-up with Global and Regional counterpart; Lead any ad-hoc company-wide strategic projects
- Ensure that operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with P3 policies, industrial code and local law/regulations

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Bachelor degree in any Pharmacy/Sciences background; with MBA is preferable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BD&L and Alliance management
- Strong and proactive business result-focus and proven ability to provide insights that increase business volume and profit
- Excellent project management, analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent English spoken & written
