**รายละเอียดงาน**:

- Manage an efficient and effective full life-cycle recruiting process - design, drive, develop, and maintain recruitment process in the organization.
- Draft adverts, job details and person specifications and co-ordinate internal/external advertising and recruitment campaigns.
- Check background and reference, including conduct such as English, personality and attitude test to ensure that they have the necessary skills for a specific job.
- Arrange interview with line managers and acting as communication agent till the recruiting process is completed.
- Manage, develop, and lead the team of HR recruiters.

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**:

- Bachelor
- s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Political Science Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment function experience preferably in service industry.
- 1-3 years of supervisor level.
- Strong Working knowledge of recruitment principles processes and best practices.
- Fast learner, work well under pressure managing multiple priorities a must.
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skill and self-driven.
