**Job Summary**

Being responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns—reports marketing and sales results to Marketing Manager.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing communication, PR, and campaigns for both online and offline channels across strategy, values, and key business target groups.
- Creating and finalizing strategic content for each channel including graphical elements, written articles, posters, and digital assets.
- Ensuring the proper use of corporate brand visual identity.
- Developing marketing and PR strategy, marketing and PR plan, and related activities.
- Initiating new marketing ideas and effective communication materials and channels both online and offline.
- Developing and implementing brand strategy and corporate communications both externally and internally to enhance the company’s reputation among all stakeholders.
- Implementing and supervising corporate communications with advertising agencies and/or related parties, such as print ads, events, sponsorship, booth & exhibition, and online media to ensure brand alignment and consistent brand message.
- Developing and implementing PR, CRM strategy, and initiatives.
- Supervising marketing, PR, and CRM activities and events.
- Analyzing marketing information, such as best-selling products, product stocks, and trends to provide marketing inputs for designers including design plans.
- Analyzing competitors’ communications and new market trends to develop more proactive marketing communications and PR.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and media.
- Supervising the development of the corporate identity guidelines with graphic designers.

**Required Skills or Tools**
- ** Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in the Marketing Assistant role. They regularly need to collaborate with team members, vendors, and other company employees to understand the needs of the marketing department.
- **Creativity**: Creativity allows the Marketing Assistant to create visually appealing images and marketing materials, making it very useful to the marketing department.
- **Analytical**: Marketing Assistants are often involved in researching and reporting marketing campaign results. Analytical skills enable the Marketing Assistant when compiling data and presenting it in an easy-to-understand method.
- **Project management**: Marketing Assistants are often involved with multiple projects at one time. The ability to organize details and complete projects on time is crucial in this position.

**Preferred Education/Experience**
- Not over 28 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in relevant fields.
