Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Director & Category Management team to develop Business Plan (including short and long-range marketing strategy, launch plans) to maximize brand pull
- Lead marketing plan for AV (IMC and digital plan, BTL and work closely with corp Marketing on Media buying, PR, Partnership etc)
- Manage marketing budget ATL/BTL/Digital for monthly, quarterly and yearly- Record, track and follow the budget.If new opportunities arise, or unseen expenses are incurred then a revised budget should be proposed for possible adoption
- Has comprehensive knowledge of the products under their responsible BU.
- Project owner of 360 communications: Drive a cross-functional team to develop new communication campaign, including providing & analyzing information to help set objective for each function i.e. media, event, PR, online, shop display
- Manage and share key message with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with all communication channels and materials
- Manage and coordinate any outside agencies & vendors
- Be able to analyse market requirements to deliver targeted marketing collateral, support sales requirements and product initiatives
- Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing high visibility tasks and deadlines
- Develop brand strategy and identify target consumers
- Analyze consumer trends, information and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth
- Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance
- Collaborate with CMI. Identify research objectives, information requirements, and scope for market research support. Also responsible to provide research stimulus materials i.e. concept board, STB & script, animatic
- Ensure brand strategies for the brand that aligns with RHQ/HQ
- Perform other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication and 2 years’ supervisory experience from FMCGs companies is preferable
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing, CRM is a plus
- Willing to travel upcountry & aboard
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
- Enjoy and able to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking and manage projects independently
- Resourcefulness in solving problems & well executed deliverables in support
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, customer service minded
- Strong organizational, technical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Superior professionalism and judgment & global perspective
- Ability to present data and conclusions in an organized, concise manner to all levels of the company
