KIS is seeking an experienced, flexible, and forward-thinking Marketing and Communications

Coordinator to join the admissions and marketing department.

**Requirements/Desired Characteristics**:
2+ years experience in a communications or marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and

meet deadlines
- An analytical mind and ability to think critically
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills in English and Thai
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with Google Suite and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
- Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practices
- Proficient public speaking abilities are an asset

**General Functions:
**Responsible for coordinating and reviewing the school’s marketing activities
- Responsible for drafting and writing school communication
- Support Marketing and Admissions Teams to achieve the school’s goals

**Qualifications
**2+ years experience in a communications or marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Superior time management and organizational skills and _ability to work under pressure and _meet

deadlines

**Responsibilities**

**Marketing**
- Coordinate the execution of all printed material for KIS including Prospectus, brochures, flyers and

directories both online and offline
- Coordinate external marketing activities including advertising, billboards, and digital media campaigns (both

online and offline)
- Support and coordinate marketing campaigns, online and offline
- Coordinate external events (exhibitions, fairs, embassy events, etc). This includes events outside of regular

working hours
- Coordinate the execution of internal PR and marketing activities and events (New Parent Orientation, Early

Years Picnic etc). This includes arranging food/drinks, AV materials, reserving and planning venues, tables,

collaborating with Admissions Assistant for registration, etc)
- Responsible for attendance of events both in-person and virtual (sharing list with security, receiving guests

at reception, providing name tags, documenting who attended)
- Keep calendar of annual events and anticipate deadlines and material delivery
- Keep overview of advertising bookings, schedules and publications
- Coordinate and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers for printing, merchandise and other

purchases/rentals
- Ensure regular distribution of collateral materials to feeder schools, referral points (businesses, relocation

companies, chambers of commerce, embassies, etc.)
- Arrange schedules for visits to feeder schools and referral sources
- Assist in maintaining good relationships with referral sources
- Stock management of marketing materials (including printed materials, giveaways, merchandise, etc),

provide inventory reports
- Monitor and provide reports on all competitive media communications, both online (websites, social media)

and offline (print, outdoor/billboards and signs, television, etc.)
- Support with market research and competitive intelligence reports
- Process purchase orders, payment requests, function requests, etc. in a timely fashion
