They are looking for a Vice President of Sales and Operations to join their team in Thailand. You will be responsible for managing the company's Sales initiatives and implementing Sales strategy.
Responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales and Operations in the organization. Reporting to General Manager, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operation and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proposing project suggestions to improve business and partner up with related businesses to grow wellness awareness and profit.
- Designing, implementing, and managing the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization.
- Developing and implementing the process improvement to upscale clinics and attract more growth to the business.
- Ensuring the plan, forecast, and budget efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the firm.
- Providing leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the General Manager - Sales, in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the firm’s business goals.
- Being responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring the firm’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program.
- Being accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives.
- Partnering with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Facilitating the successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch.
- Fostering organization of continuous process improvement.
- Prioritizing the investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Related.
- Experience in Project Development or Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of Managerial Experience in the Healthcare Business.
- Demonstrated experience in setting, monitoring, and meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Experience in building and scaling teams and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
