**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Overview of the operations of all buildings, events, and training in AirAsia Academy
- Responsible for energy-efficient operation building systems
- Assists in the development of the facility capital budget
- Oversee the building infrastructure and audiovisual prompt to use and issues on building defects to FMD
- Coordinate with the Client Service team for operation issues, area set-up, and other preparation
- Assists in crisis planning, risk management, and containing an emergency situation
- Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes
- Coordinate with FMD for technical service schedule or maintenance work
- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience as a property manager or building manager or building maintenance management or operation management for
- Able to communicate in English with good computer skills
- Having knowledge of building systems, e.g HVAC systems, fire prevention systems,s or building electrical systems, would be an advantage
- Positive attitude and good service mind
- Leadership and good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, working hard
- Strategic thinking and having a vision for business planning
- Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Supervise and evaluate the quality of their team members’ tasks and projects
