**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and implementing a program to ensure that all Utility Systems and Equipment operate effectively and efficiently.
- Handling the inspection and maintenance of the Utility Systems and Equipment.
- Managing manpower and resources to provide services effectively and efficiently.
- Monitoring and reporting utility consumptions, system and equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance cost, and staff performance.
- Handling the management of tools and instruments inventories.
- Handling the management of spare parts inventories.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
