- You’ll set the direction we need to deliver outstanding results. You’ll focus on things like customer strategies, business plans and relationship management. You’ll keep our monthly sales results on track. Working with our marketing team, you’ll also shape our wider commercial strategy and lay the foundations for lasting growth. In other words, the targets you hit won’t be the only impact you make.- Develop and implement customers’ plan based on company’s strategy plan
- Deliver financial target, P&L management and improve profitability
- Develop, maximize and improve GT infrastructure in term of GTM (Go to market)
- Build growth and capture white space
- Monthly conduct internal review, regularly business review with distributor and key customers
- Routing planning efficiency
- Lead, motivate and coach team members
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in FMCG and 2 years as a team leader role is a plus
- Good planning skill, strong managerial skill, data analysis and sense of finance
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
- Travelling is required if being assigned to work in up country
