- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- Reporting to the Associate Category Manager in the local marketplace team, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the planning and management of top Pet Supplies seller portfolio on Lazada to ensure performance improvement and growth contribution to the overall category.
- Key focus areas include:
- Assortment planning & merchandising: develop category knowledge in terms of assortment, styles and price points to understand the gaps and match demand and supply in the market
- Sellers management: acting as the main business advisor and account manager to a few of the biggest Pet Supplies sellers on Lazada to ensure their sustainable growth on the platform through assortment and

campaign planning as well as providing support and guidance to leverage platform tools- Marketing & Onsite management: Develop campaign planning & execution, manage onsite merchandising, deal hunting, and review results
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams i.e. Traffic, marketing, support category needs and deliver efficiency improvements

**Job Requirements**
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of prior experience is preferred
- Background: Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, Retail (Offline/Online), business development, or market research
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and partnership skills
- Attitude: Highly driven and motivated to drive impact and change, positive and can-do attitude together with desire to learn and grow, strong ownership
- Language: Good verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai
