As we continue to strengthen our presence in Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and driven Regional Key Account Manager to join our team. This role plays a vital part in building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring that our partners and clients across Asia experience the full value of SKOV’s expertise and solutions.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts in Asia to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by introducing SKOV solutions and replacing local alternatives with SKOV systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Provide structured feedback on customer needs and market developments to the SKOV Key Account Team.
- Support local partners with product knowledge, sales training, and installation guidance to secure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Technical Support, and HQ in Denmark) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent SKOV Asia in a professional manner at customer visits, events, and industry meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or commercial field, with experience in the agricultural industry and knowledge of climate solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development - preferably within agriculture, livestock, or climate/ventilation solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts across multiple countries/markets. Strong ability to develop and support dealer performance in sales and service.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional Asian languages are an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Asia, up to 70% of the time, and occasionally to Denmark for training and meetings.
