Build automation in CI/CD deployments on a Kubernetes based platform on a multi-cloud infrastructure.
Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.
Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality process.
Coordinate activities which enforce quality improvements.
Coach and push team continuously to innovate.
Resolving conflicts among team member.
Work closely with Product Owner for consulting about requirement and gather detail of requirement high level.
Use Iterative and Agile methodologies.
Work with dependency team.
Work closely with Head of QA for track project progress, timeline, and team obstacle.
Work closely with Head of QA to setting up goals and objectives for QA team members.

**Qualifications**:
General product management experience.
Agile experience.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.).
Familiarity with e-commerce or retail business is beneficial.
A positive, can-do attitude, who naturally expresses a high degree of empathy to others.
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. We are more interested in passion for technology and what you are capable of, than we are academic qualifications.
Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
Experience in writing, executing and validating tests across the full test spectrum of functional and non-functional (like performance, load, SIT, UAT, security, and etc.).
Experience with at least one testing tools/frameworks like Robot, Selenium, or etc.
Experience practices like Test Driven Development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI), or Continuous Delivery (CD).
Coding/Scripting experience in Python, Java, Shell script, or any.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of empathy to others.
Good command of spoken and written English.
