Join us in building the largest affiliate network in the region today The roleIn the role, you will report to the Regional Head of Partner Growth, Regional Affiliate where you will be part of the growth team that specializes in designing frameworks and SOPs to grow partners, build incentive frameworks, develop steering methodology and work with country teams to improve affiliate performance.**Responsibilities**:
- Track and steer affiliate partner & segment level performance towards country’s KPIs
- Work closely with strategy & governance team to develop country level targets and get alignment across 6 ventures
- Optimize affiliate partner growth with countries through proactive flagging of performance to countries, with clear insights and advice on how to further accelerate growth
- Work closely with country teams to understand opportunities and bottlenecks, and design clear executional action plan and SOPs to support countries
- the main liason in
- Be the main PIC during mega campaigns to help countries plan, monitor, and optimize incentive/bonus planning
- Develop steering methodology to monitor and track affiliate performance effectively
- Support in key strategic projects that requires multiple stakeholder involvements (e.g. Category campaign, etc.)

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelors’ degree in business, economics, finance, information systems or related fields
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic partner management, management consulting, or similar roles in an ecommerce/technology company.
- Sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and data-drive; able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile
- Data-driven, and is comfortable in developing forecasts, models to design steering methodology
- Logical and has strong organizational and communication skills, enjoy working with multiple internal stakeholders and execute to the last mile
- Eagerness to make an impact at what you do, highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage frequent pivots in priorities at ease- A strong sense of ownership, and empathetic attitude that “the customers’ problem is my problem”
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
