You Will * **Develop and Scale Affiliate Program**: Design and implement strategies to significantly expand our affiliate network across Shopee, Lazada, Konvy, and TikTok. * Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, focusing on quality content creators and influencers who align with our brand values. * **Manage Affiliate Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new affiliates, providing ongoing support, training, and communication. Act as the primary point of contact for all affiliate inquiries and concerns aiming for drive the highest conversion. * **Content Quality**: Establish and maintain standards for high-quality affiliate content. * Review and approve affiliate marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to affiliates to optimize content performance. * **Drive GMV Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to maximize GMV generated through affiliate channels. Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and average order value. Identify opportunities for growth and implement optimizations to improve ROI. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the Social Manager and the broader brand teams to ensure full-funnel marketing strategies are aligned and maximized. Collaborate on content calendars, campaign planning, and joint initiatives. * **Performance Reporting and Analysis**: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of the affiliate program, providing insights and recommendations to management. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, social media, and the beauty/cosmetics industry. Proactively identify and evaluate new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program. * **Contract Negotiation and Management**: Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates. Manage affiliate payments and ensure timely and accurate processing. You Have * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in managing and scaling affiliate programs, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics or e-commerce industry. * Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and technologies, including those specific to Shopee, Lazada, Konvy, and TikTok. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to track, measure, and analyze KPIs. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Experience working with influencers and content creators.
