The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Develop and implement strategies for optimizing search functionality
- Generate of keyword targets including expansion and improve organization of current paid search campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as brand, business development team, key account management team, and Shopee Regional
- Customize and configure search tools to meet specific business requirements and improve search performance.
- Manage paid search projects including reporting, analyze and general support both internal and external
- Initiate/conduct paid search A/B test in order to help optimize the campaign better
- Plan monthly budget allocation and owns the day-to-day optimization
- Conduct data analysis and leverage insights to identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for weekly and monthly report with analysis/presentation to continuously

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- Minimum 2 years experienced in related field
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Able to work with raw data and presentation
- Able to communicate in English
