Our client is Thailand commercial property that has experienced more than 10 years and more than 40 projects in Bangkok and upcountry; Luxury House, Condominium, Commercial properties for rent, Office space for rent, Retail space, and Shophouses for sale.

**Responsibilities**
- Online Marketing Strategies: Determining strategies and planning online real estate projects (high-rise) campaigns on all platforms.
- Media Optimization: Shooting ads on online platforms and optimizing for maximum efficiency.
- Liaising with bloggers and influencers to help create campaigns.
- Having strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns, and strategic planning.
- Determining the company's growth and development strategies for strategic digital assets.
- Leading the content marketing team to optimize and amplify high-quality content.
- Managing the media planning and budget management across search, Display, Retargeting, Social, and any additional new channels.
- Developing/Managing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring they are executed within the budget and timelines.
- Leading and managing external agencies, ensuring business needs and requirements are implemented with high quality and within service level agreements.
- Developing ongoing web strategy for continued growth - Implement SEM/SEO strategy.
- Working closely with Agency.

**Qualifications**
- Open to all gender 29 years old and up.
- At least 5-8 years of Online Marketing in Property or Real Estate Business is preferred but related is open.
- Fair to Good command of English.
