Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- Lead Online Marketing and SEO Management on executing daily tasks, coordinate with Regional SEO and Regional OM while initiating localization improvement and optimization.
- Lead a team of 7 to strategize team direction and initiatives to drive KPI for each sub-scope: SEO, Installs, Reactivation and Branding.
- Manage and optimize Regional initiatives with team, ensuring ab testing is met and come up with local next step
- Develop/clarify how to track the performance properly with help of MKT BI and Regional MA team
- Monitor and manage budget allocation for each project, working closely with local/regional project PIC to forecast ad spend
- Coordinate with Local BI on content analysis to strategize next steps and improve Ads performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in online marketing or ads management experience
- Good fundamental understanding of both SEO and Online Ads Management
- Capable of leading a team to determine key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies
- Strong communicator both in verbal and written form
- Extremely proficient in Excel, PowerPoint for the purpose of creating both visually and verbally
- Highly adaptable and has an ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and program
