ลักษณะงาน Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

- Organize oversea shipment by adhering to import and export government laws and licensing regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for import and export shipment.
- Monitor the status of oversea shipment closely until arrival and update to related departments.
- Follow up and check import shipping documents from supplier and/or agents.
- Prepare a completed set of export shipping documents within appropriate timeframe.
- Look and negotiate for the best combination of quality, price, payment terms and delivery speed from various forwarder agent and/or liner.
- Calculate and compare shipping costs of different incoterms.
- Identify problematic and liaison with related parties to solve the issue concerning shipping.
- Handling forwarder and shipping company database and related administration service.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in international business management, logistics, or related.

2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in logistics, import and export shipment handling.

3. Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation, Toeic should be at least 600.

4. Good at mathematical, calculation and costing.

5. Logical, systematic, problem solving and communication skills.

7. Experience in ERP system is advantage.

8. Able to perform teamwork and work well under pressure and able to perform detailed and multi tasks.
