**Officer Customer Service (Sea Freight Export Operation)**

**Your Responsibilities**

**About the role**

**Customized logistics - worldwide from a single source. Leschaco (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Sea Freight Export) to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our freight operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient cargo handling.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate Export Shipment with the Customer / Shipper
- Book cargo space with carrier and co-loader
- Coordinate with Sea Export Shipping Department
- Issue HBL
- Issue the correct document to customer and carrier / co-loader
- Issue incoming voucher, close job & issue invoice to customer within set target.
- Solve daily operational problem internal Thai network, overseas network and external carrier.
- Any special assignment from superior.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years experienced in the same field
- DGR Handing experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good personality and service-mind
- Good computer skills
