**Officer Customer Service - Onsite**
**Your Responsibilities**
- To manage and extend an excellent service to customer
- To handle the customer service on site and cooperate with Leschaco's team for import shipment
- To cooperate with operation/customs clearance import/export in solving daily operation problem and report status to customer and GAM
- To implement and execute work according to work procedure
- To prepare and consolidate document (commercial invoice, OBL, DFT form, packing list etc.)
- To check accuracy of document before send to Leschaco's team
- To check and provide shipment instruction to Leschaco's team (FTA privilege, safety regulations, delivery time limited or any special inquiries)
- To submit LPI online (FDA, DLD)
- To monitoring shipment status and keep update to customer on site
- Any special assignment by superior
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
- 3-5 years in freight forwarding industry
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
- Good command of English
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
