**Job Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

Tencent (Thailand) Co., Ltd was founded in 1998 as Sanook Online and was officially renamed Tencent Thailand in December 2016 with the goal of helping Thailand to transform its digital capabilities and build a vibrant business technology ecosystem.
- Provide feedback on scripts and incoming proposals pitches at any point in the development, pre-production, or production phase.
- Ability to read, write, articulate, and present shortlisted projects to internal teams (in English and Thai)
- Serve as a producer and auditor of all Original Series production, spot advertising, multimedia, etc. whilst ensuring quality work that meets the requirements of the platform and

clients.
- Strong involvement and leadership throughout development, pre-production, production and post-production process.
- Control budget and expenses as well as end-to-end production.
- Support the team on multiple complex and overlapping projects internally and with external parties.
- Facilitate post-production execution on fast-paced timelines with a high volume ofcomplex deliverables.
- Have an extraordinary sense of taste and can solve problems creatively, quickly, and calmly.
- Ensures studio and internal teams are aligned throughout projects and that all assets are delivered on schedule.

**Qualification**
- BA Degree in English Literature, Creative Writing, Film, Communication Arts, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (High proficiency-Native Speaker).
- Fluent in Thai (High proficiency).
- 2-3 years of screenwriting or related experience in film, series, commercial, OTT business.
- A strong understanding of the pre-production, production, and post-production process.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise critical and analytical thinking while working with creative content and strong initiative to keep up to date with local content trends.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Team player who works well under pressure with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, time management skills, ability to juggle responsibilities and prioritize accordingly.
