**Role summary**:
The Primary Producer is responsible for ensuring production workflows are properly defined and well adhered to, while communicating and enforcing high production values. Manages internal and external timelines, expectations, and task prioritization at a project level. Working closely with the Broadcast/Online/Content Production Team, Creative agency and Clients, the incumbent will ensure that all assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard and are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Production Management**
- Strong financial acumen to cost based on brief, balance, and reconcile production budgets
- Understand creative requirements for each project brief (tone of film / images, visual style, music and audio)
- Ballparking and scheduling of creative concepts and advise on qualification and suitability.
- Bid/Propose, review, and negotiate production estimates, treatments.
- Arrange briefings with the client/agency, agree a quote, assign lead team, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback. Track costs and manage project progress.
- Provide timely notification to the team on changes to budget and/or schedule.
- Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place.
- Check and sign off invoices before going to client/agency and send regular updates of costs incurred so far.
- Ensure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
- Have an understanding of standard broadcast technologies; make sure the post-producers and operators are using these technologies correctly.
- Manage multiple projects as needed.

**Relationship Management**
- Maintains and manages relationships with key clients/client project leads
- Maintains relationships with agency teams
- Build relationships with and between Producers, Operators and Client Servicing teams.
- Attend pre-production, production, post-production, and tech briefing and be the point person between the two areas of the business.

**Vendor Management**
- Encourage and explore new avenues of potential work both internally and externally.
- Helps maintain vendor/supplier relationships
- Helps in admin-related tasks, i.e. vendor accreditation, follow-ups: ensuring vendors are paid on agreed timelines, etc

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a Production company.
- A strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production process
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Primary fluency in Thai.
- Proactive, Enthusiasm and results driven.
- Maintains lasting client relationships internally & externally.
- Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and works well under pressure (a lot of our work has super quick turnarounds and timelines)
- Resourceful in identifying and allocating potential Directors/Crews for Primary Production requirements.
