**As a Senior Executive, Producer at AnyMind Thailand, you will be a key player in driving the success of our creator network. You will lead the production of high-quality video content across various platforms, ensuring seamless execution from pre-production to post-production. Your expertise in production management will be instrumental in empowering creators to grow their channels and achieve their business goals.**:
**What You'll Do**:
**Strategic Production Planning**:

- Collaborate closely with producers, creative teams, and creators to develop and execute comprehensive production plans.
- Lead pre-production activities, including budget planning, scheduling, location scouting, and prop sourcing.

**On-Set Leadership**:

- Oversee all aspects of on-set production, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage production sets, including prop management, set design, and equipment utilization.

**Project Management & Execution**:

- Drive assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
- Manage all project-related documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**:

- Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, influencers, partners, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Content Strategy & Optimization**:

- Understand audience behavior and adapt production strategies to maximize content engagement and impact.

**Team Leadership & Mentorship**:

- Guide and mentor junior production team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

**Who You Are**:

- **Experience**:3 years in Producer in production business or advertising business
- **Knowledge**:Have deep knowledge in Ads Commercial and VDO short content
- **A Strategic Leader**: Possess strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- **Passionate & Proactive**: Highly motivated and passionate about production, content creation, and the creator economy.
- **Results-Oriented**: Driven to achieve project goals and exceed expectations.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
