Over time BKS has developed a business unit focusing exclusively on the grinding and production of
Pelletizing & Pulverizing knives. Motivated by its success in Europe BKS has opened two grinding centers in Indonesia (2014) and Thailand (2016) and has acquired a sharpening center in Luxemburg (2015).

**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
Responsiblities:

- Managing and optimizing the overall operations of a workshop
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs
and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Managing all the operations within your region/country
- This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
- Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
- Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring
and training.
- Managing the sales team
- The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of the job, therefore
the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
