**Position Title: Project Manager**

KBR is looking for a local Thai speaking Project Manager who will perform the role of client liaison & site coordinator but who also has a technical background in Refinery/Petrochemical Processes and Warehouse business processes along with an understanding of Materials and BOMs.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Liaise with client to coordinate all aspects of the project including site visits to Warehouses and client KBR Workshops to gather functional requirement specifications.
- Assist with visa/visit requirements in relation to international travelers for site visits
- Responsible for commercial aspects of the project including timely invoicing against agreed milestones.
- Establish meeting cadence and develop/agree format for - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting.
- Own and update the Project Risk Register.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years’ of relevant Experience in Oil/Gas /Petrochemical industry.
- Experience in warehouse business processes and an understanding of Materials and BOMs is essential.
- Experience with operations and maintenance is an advantage.
- Shall have a minimum of 3 projects experience in build/optimization projects relating to Maintenance, Materials, BOMs, Warehouse Business Process projects.

Experience in Asset criticality ranking, SAP Taxonomy, maintenance development procedures, Master data development, Bill of Materials, SAP PM and MM and warehouse technology is ideal.
- Fluent in Thai
- Leadership and Team Management
- Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Experience in Asset Life cycle Management processes.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
- SAP PM & MM
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Operations, Maintenance and Materials/Spare Parts Warehousing and Warehousing technology.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering with sound fundamentals and technical skills in relevant discipline is required.
