1. organizing and developing a strategic HR and general affairs team
2. labor union related work (from negotiation to coordination), HR design
- Labor and Labor Relations Issues
- Management of labor unions, dispute resolution between labor unions.
- Design of evaluation system
- Establishment of salary (salary table) and payment standards
- Establishment of training and education system
- Health, safety and ISO management
- Planning and implementation of employee training programs
- Recruitment
- Manage visas, work permits, and 90-day reports for Japanese expatriates
- Manage subordinates and report to department management
- Other HR and general administrative duties
- **Requirement**:
- [Must]
- Male/female, age 40 - 49 years old
- 10+ years of experience in HRGA operations in the manufacturing industry.
- English: Business level(Need to communicate internal)
- Organizational development (Labor Union, Identification and analysis of issues/problems related to HR, and design and orientation of HR system. E.x. Evaluation and training systems)
- Management Experience as position above manager.

- Having experience in an Automotive or construction manufacturing company.
