Trade Marketing Lead

Develop trade marketing tactics in line with business goals to boost sales and brand recognition.
Conduct market analysis to unlock opportunities and monitor competitive activities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure strong in-market executions.
Plan and roll out compelling promotional campaigns and events.
Build strong relationships with trade partners and support the sales team with strategic marketing tools.
Manage trade marketing budgets effectively while maximising return on investment.
The experience we're looking for.
Solid background in trade marketing, sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling trade strategies.
Insight driven with a strong understanding of trade channels and consumer behaviour.
Excellent ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts.
Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
