We offer a series of leadership activities suited for students at international schools and universities, including in-school and online programs (JUMP Schools and JUMP Connected) and outdoor adventure programs (JUMP Experiences and JUMP Adventures). They play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the programs and driving positive outcomes for students and educators. The Senior Program Manager will demonstrate competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including:
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Program Management:_
- Manage, oversee, and execute the program management process for all assigned in-school and online workshops and leadership training programs.
- Ensure effective planning, coordination, and implementation of program activities
- Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with schools and educators
- Develop and implement systems to support and sustain JUMP Program Management, streamlining processes and enhancing program delivery.
- Facilitation Team Management:_
- Coach Contract Program Managers in effectively managing facilitation teams throughout the entire program lifecycle, including pre-program, on-program, and post-program stages.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality workshops and training sessions.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:_
- Implement monitoring and evaluation processes, including conducting surveys, analyzing program impact, and preparing comprehensive end-of-program reports.
- Utilize feedback and data to drive program improvements and make data-driven decisions.
- Program Resources Management:_
- Manage the creation and customization of program resources, such as program handbooks for students, educators, and facilitators.
- Ensure that resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each in-school workshop and leadership training program.
- Manage and have oversight over all in school and online programs data and resources.
- Financial Management:_
- Oversee program financial processes, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
- Work with the finance team to monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure programs are financially sustainable.

Program Management Process:

- Oversee the program management process for multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring consistent and efficient implementation.
- Develop and implement systems to support and sustain JUMP Program Management, streamlining processes and enhancing program delivery.
- Mentorship and Training:_
- Provide mentorship and training to contract Program Managers, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Share best practices, tools, and resources to enhance program management capabilities across the organization.
- Support staffing team in developing and running facilitator training to enhance program impact for contract facilitators.
- Ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver workshops and training sessions effectively.
