**Role Overview**

The BD Partner serves as a key business partner for KOLA platform. He/She is responsible for developing and managing user growth and transaction volume. This position requires excellent business development capabilities to achieve the user growth and transaction volume targets while maintaining channel quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities Fulfill User Development Goals**
- Short-term Goals (By March 2025)

Develop 10,000 registered users

Cultivate 1,000 active spot trading users
- Mid-term Goals (By May 2025)

Expand to 30,000 cumulative registered users

Develop 3,000 spot trading users

Cultivate 2,000 contract trading users

Ensure monthly average channel trading volume of 5 million USD
- Annual Goals (By end of 2025)

Achieve 240,000 annual registered users

Reach 24,000 real trading users

**Performance Management**
- Continuously monitor and analyze channel performance
- Develop and execute user growth strategies
- Ensure all business activities comply with regulations
- Regularly submit performance reports and improvement plans

**Incentive System**

Annual bonus based on single channel user trading volume ranking:
Top 5%: 50 months bonus

Top 10%: 25 months bonus

Top 20%: 12 months bonus

**Job Requirements Basic Qualifications**
- Experience in crypto industry or fintech
- Deep understanding of crypto trading market and user needs
- Excellent business development skills and negotiation abilities
- Strong data analysis and strategy planning capabilities

**Industry Resources and Experience**
- Extensive network in crypto/blockchain industry
- Good relationships with major crypto communities, KOLs, or traders
- Social media influence
- Convertible potential user resources
- Successful user growth cases and experience
- Familiar with various user acquisition and conversion strategies
- In-depth understanding of competitors and market dynamics

**Professional Skills**
- Proficient in blockchain/web3/crypto knowledge
- Excellent project management and execution abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Risk management awareness and compliance consciousness

**Professional Ethics**
- Maintain professional ethics, never falsify data
- Strictly comply with platform regulations and relevant laws
- Maintain high integrity and professionalism

**Additional Requirements**
- Ability to handle high-pressure work
- Flexible working hours capability
- Good team collaboration spirit
- Independent problem-solving ability

**Violation Handling Policy**

Any behavior involving falsification, tampering, or misreporting of data affecting performance evaluation results will be considered a serious violation and handled according to the following standards:
1. Full deduction of base salary without compensation

2. Minimum fine of 10,000 USDT based on severity, with no upper limit

3. For malicious fraud, conspiracy, or other egregious behavior, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action, including contract termination, claims, or other legal measures

Pay: ฿20,112.60 - ฿33,521.00 per month
