**Responsibilities**
- Evaluating new business opportunities because of legal, process, and other business synergies.
- Developing business model and business plan.
- Implementing any new business effectively and running smoothly in an organization.
- Taking part to analyze the business result and suggest changes together with the team.
- Coordinating with external and internal parties for the aforementioned tasks.
- Supporting the creation of presentation material for management's review.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years experience in Business Development.
- Good understanding of Financial statements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong social skills and open-mindedness.
- Highly self-managed & motivated person, able to perfectly multi-task, have a high standard, and excited to work in a collaborative environment.
- Able to communicate well in English (Business level).
